I'm w/ socandyman - it's a posed pic, as there's no way he can see his sights w/ his helmet rim
on top of the dust-cover. The suppressor (I'm guessing that's what it is) must be an Iraqi homegrown
job, as it looks like Arabic script there on the end.

It does look like shrink-wrap though.....

Asides from being obviously posed, something looks wrong in that pic to me.  I don't know if it's all the white glow around the contraption, but it doesn't look quite right o me.  Am I the only one?  Is it standard to edit or photoshop for dramatic affect?

Yeah, yeah- now you're talking- it loads each bullet with a high voltage charge before it exits the barrel.  In case the shot misses vital organs, the electric charge will kill the bad guy instead.
