OK, that looks to be an AK mag.....

A Lebanese police officer looks at a supporter of the Hezbollah Shiite Muslim militia reading voters lists before casting her ballot in a balloting station in Baalbek in Lebanon's eastern Bekaa Valley, Sunday, June 12, 2005. The country's political direction was in the hands of the voters of central and eastern Lebanon, who were deciding Sunday nearly half the legislative seats in the third stage of Lebanon's staggered parliamentary elections. Yup, and a great rifle.

I read in one of my gun mags that the valmet was the best all around and most accurate AK variant in 7.62 one could buy.
