OK so where can I get a legal kit I can have built into a rifle . All of the kits I am coming across say you can not use the barrel to build a rifle . I am really happy with the work AZEX did on my ar and want him to build an AK , but I need a kit first .

You can use a kit to build a rifle. All the law stats is that you cannot use one of those barrels to build a rifle that is not 922r compliant. This means that you cannot have any more than 10 imported parts on the gun. You can use any parts kit that you want to build a gun.
