I bought this kit about a month ago from JNEWT (it was one of his "PRIMO" kits ) and after waiting for a reciever JNEWT rivited it together for me and I built the rest.  Well here it is after 4 hours of refinishing and fitting of everything.

Dont hesitate to give JNEWT a try. His work is top notch!

Nice looking weapon.

AMD-63s and 65s are pretty cool.

I have one of each.  They feel/shoot uncomfortably from the hip, but when you shoulder them they feel great.  My 63 has the full stock and I opted for the Romanian sidefolder instead of the original on the 65.

Well I went to the range with a couple of friends and this thing was a BLAST!  No hicups and was just balstin away the whole time.  Here are some pics

It was really cold out with a hell of a breeze which made it a short range time

Looks damn good my man

The sling attachment is mix of a Saiga base and a standard loop. Cut it of to sit flush and installed a standard loop. Drilled and taped rear trunion with 10-32 screw which is how it is attached.
