Local shop has a new condition MAK 90, asking $300, I don't care for the stock, is it possible to put this type of gun into a military configuration? Thanks rk |

good price, and yes...it is possible to install military furniture legally. you must use a minimum of 5 usa parts (stamped receiver. 4 usa parts if a milled receiver mak90) in order to do so. usually, guys buy a 3-piece usa fire control group ($30-$60 from tapco, red star arms, k-var, fac, etc.) and some usa furniture. these are the easiest parts to change out. please note that eorpean furniture will require slight alterations to fit properly on the chinese rifles. usually and hour with a file is all it takes. |
