How is the quality of the Bulgarian w/Ohio Ord. receiver that JKF (in Shotgun News) is selling for $499?

Better ones??

Are there any -74 mags I should avoid?

edited to say: I did do a search and I looked in the Bulgarian forum first, but found nada mucho.

JKF is very erratic dealer, the gun is fine

Some budget shortcuts were made compared to our SEAK, but the basics are fine.

And you can always go direct to ORF, or call Atlantic since I trust them when they say 'in stock'. Same folks who recently told me to hang on to my money since something was sold out (Uzi) thru late Nov.

No known bad 74 mags, other oen you do not have yet :)

Thanks RS. The SEAK was quite a bit more, wasn't it? (Not being sarcastic, I really don't know.)

Also, do those other dealers have a web presence. Actually, I can probably check that ou myself. Thanks again!

One reason I asked about JKF is that it's actually for my bro in AZ. JKF's in AZ as well.

Thanks again. J&G just carries Romanian, no? I don't know a WASR from a Romak, but I keep hearing about trigger slap, crooked front sight bases, etc.

They're cheap; do they represent a VALUE, though?

how come my ORF 74 have no side rail?

My ORf side folder arrived last week .Got it home and noticed that it does not have the side rail attached as advertised.

Can you explain?

Seattle,
We are not sure why some of the guns did not come with the side rails. All future guns will be coming with them, however there really isn’t anything we can do about the ones that did not come with them. Of course we can offer a refund if the gun is new and unused.
