Here is the scoop.

About a year ago I got a PO scope from K-var.  I couldnever get it on paper, even at 25 yards.

I sent my rifle in to make sure the scope rails were not off.  It was, but only by 0.040, not enough to make a difference.

It was tried out by a reputable person who could not get it on paper at 25 yards.

I called K-var several times a year ago, and e-mailed them several times with no results.

I gave up because they wouldn't even talk to me about it, and I thought maybe my scope rails might be off.  Now I know they sold me a bad scope and blew me off.

Any ideas on how to beat a new scope out of them?

did you let rs39 try to zero it?

did you mean .004"?

.040" most certainly WOULD create one hellova angle that the cope's internal adjustments range could not correct.

basically, i would call them one more time an explain things...although after a year i wouldn't expect much out of anyone except leupold, myself.

Did you try at 7 yds?

I've had scopes before set so badly that I could only get them to print at 7yds.  Which also reminds me, never trust another man's laser boresight.
