Whats the difference between a WASR hi cap and a sar1????? And what is a fair price to pay for one?

WASR started as a locap, narrow mag well gun, then modded into hicap form. Roughly $350 out the door for either.

SAR1= magwell dimples. WASR Hicap= no magwell dimples.
