[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Underfolder Question

As many of you know, I've got an ORF build Polish PMKMS underfolder (OOW receiver) and I'm wondering if reactivating the underfolder mechanism (come september) will be something I can do myself.

I'm wondering because I'd like to avoid having to ship it back to ORF if at all possible, especially since I'm betting they will have their hands full around that time.

So, how's it done? (And no I'm not going to do it now!)

Yes, from what I recall talking to I believe Mike, at Bulletfest, they just put a tiny weld on it to keep it open and you can file it off. Atleast I believe thats what he said. I need to get one of those PMKMS'.
