Does anyone make foregrips like Tango Downs for an AK? I've had 5 shoulder operations and I think it would help my shooting. Thanks in advance

Not sure about them, but the $10 SKS rubber pad brings a Warsaw length stock up to NATO length nicely.

And then there is the 5.45x39 model with the world's best muzzle brake.
