I have about 15 30 rounders for the AK and I was wondering if leaving them loaded all the time hurts the spring and if so how much?

Leave 'em loaded bro... Its the constant in-out compression - decompression of the spring that wears them..

yeah i just heard that rumor from someone but I am the type that want my mags loaded so when there are a bunch of raggies in my backyard I don't have to load my mags.

Keep them loaded all the way. or empty. Either way will not hurt them. In between does.
