Now, as we all know, the AWB is most likely going to take a dump and go away. I of course want to get all of my ducks in a row before tackeling the task of bringing my AK back to it's normal glory by adding a bayonet lug, threaded muzzle and a folding stock.

My question/s: Is installing an FSB and Gas Block something I can do at home? I do know I'll probably have to send it away to get the muzzle threaded being I don't have a tool for threading the muzzle, but thats another story. I am planning on picking up a Romanian Gas Block with the bayonet lug, aswell as a new FSB, although I could probably just use the one I have.

Any tips, hints and/or suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Campy, do you know where one can pick up a factory Norinco gas block and FSB?  Thanks.
