not sure of 'best', but gunsnstuff.com (FAC) has them at 585 + shipping

Another nod for FAC, Federal Arms Corp, www.gunsnstuff.net (all the same company)....I have ordered 2 SA M-7's from them, they have had the cheapest prices that I could find and provide pretty good service.
