Guys I have to mail a case of ammo back to the supplyer.Im going to send it UPS ground.Do I have to disclose to them its ammo? I want to be legal..  :)  I bought a batch of 7.5 French Mas FMN ammo 1000 rnds 2 years ago for a 49/56 rifle. The rifle is a single shot with this ammo.I thought it was the rifle .Its turns out that it's most likely under powered ammo that I bought.SOG was very nice and is going to let me return the ammo 2 years after I bought it.And swap them for a current full power batch. They did check with there supplier to make sure thay would get there money back also. But I have to pay shipping back to them. The box weighs 65 pounds. UPS limit is 70 ... I just don't want a hassel shipping this back with folks that don't even know there policy's. I know I have to ship it ground .But do I have to tell them its ammo.I just hate the way they look at you like your a teerrorist. Thanks Guys, WarDawg

I alway notify UPS only because it's ORMD material and can't be flown.

I returned a bunch of that junk Indian .308 to Ammoman a while back. All UPS requested was that I print "ORMD-Small Arms Ammunition" on ALL sides of the package in permanent marker.

I've shipped LOTS of ammo via UPS.

That's all you need to do.
