In the resent months I've been staying over here more then the AR side. And my safe queen is missing me, so I shot her "bushy varminter" today and also looked on the AR side.  Well ammoman "Eric" has some of these steel British mags for sale.  I just picked up some and thought that you might need some also!   5 for 79 dollars delivered!!! Banana Dance anyone?

WTF is this doing over here? We only talk about GOOD magazines made of steel, bakelite or black polymer (NOT PLUM POLMYER OR AR-15s  G#$ D#$%$#!!!!)

My only concern, and maybe it isn't justified, is putting steel mags in an aluminum receiver... kind of like rubbing diamonds on glass.

BTW: On the ak mag front Bishop223 has a great deal on the AK polymer mags, picked up 11 of the .223 mags and James through in a couple for free!!!

AK-47 7.62 x 39 Bulgarian Waffle mags 30 rd, brand new never used - $15.50 each shipped to CONUS.

I have like 11 AK-74 mags right now (10 Black + 1 Bakelite). That's plenty for me. I also have 9 AR-15 mags in the Stack-On safe for my Bushy, and there isn't much space left for anything else. I think I need a full size Browning safe if I buy any more rifles (which I will), but it won't happen until my parents move or I get an apartment/condo where I can keep all this crap in a safe.

Teflon coat them then (the steel mags). I don't like the moly coat on standard AR mags anyway.
