[ARCHIVED THREAD] - My SSR-85B

I was thinking about selling my Arsenal SSR-85B but the deal fell through. I have only put about 5 mags through it in the 1.5 years I have owned it. I had never fired it at any range longer than 25 yards. Well, I took it out Sunday and got to shoot it at 200 yards. I moved the rear sight to the 200 notch and this thing was incredibly accurate at that distance with the iron sights. I was quite impressed and I'm definitely going to keep it now.

Yea I heard the shorter the distance the bullet travels, the less wear it makes on the barrel :)

keep it...even though it's a 7.62, it's still one of the nicest ak's available. personally, of all the stuff jimmy has built, the 85b is my favorite.

I have a SSR85B and its the nicest AK I own.Couldn't sell it for the world. WD

I have had my SSR85B for over a year now and I love it !!!
At every shoot I always get comments as to how nice it looks and then I let them shoot it !!!
