If you wanted to zero an AK for 100 meters but only had a 25 meter range what would the formula be? I.E. 1 inch high shot groups.

Depends what your are zeroing with, scope or irons. The higher your sight, the lower you want to be at 25 yds since the bullet will be going up to meet the point of aim due to parallax between the bbl and sight above.

You could use a ballistic calculator program or one of the online programs.  Here is an online program:

http://internet.cybermesa.com/~jbm/ballistics/traj_basic/traj_basic.html

I use the following setup data:
bullet weight: 123 gr
velocity: 2300 fps
Ballistic Coeff: 0.256
Height over bore: 3.5 inches (Kobra sight)
Height over bore: 1.5 inches (iron sights)

From my calculations I get the following 25 yd impacts for a 100 yd zero:

-1.9 inch (Kobra)
-0.4 inch (iron sight)

But you know, a 0.1 to 0.25 inch difference at 25 yards equates to a large difference at 100+ yards.  Try to confirm your settings with a real 100 yd range.
