9mm looks interesting, thanks for posting
Why the 45 degree AKM gas block and FSB on the 5.56 rifle? Looks funky but I'm a 74 guy I guess What is the muzzle threading on these? |
@ark-and-spark
This was an early prototype that had 3D printed parts in it. I will get another picture to put up. Thanks! Josiah |
Even using the Vityaz rivet pattern. You've got a potential buyer right here.
No weird gap on the bolt carrier and front trunnion, check.
Folding stock, check. Uses Scorpion mags that are pretty cheap, freely available (and I already have a ton), and look right with the platform, check. 9mm AK, check. Wallet catching on fire, check. Damn you PSA! I guess I'll have to get one of these before your MP5 clone comes out. |

Curious about price, how barrel is threaded (suppressor use) and if it's blow back
@rlett4 - We are not releasing pricing yet, but it will be VERY competitive.
@adamtheduke - It will be blowback. Thanks, Josiah |
@goloud,
No they are not. They are an early prototype of our magazine. The final version of ours will be translucent. Thank you! Josiah |
This is making my 9mm carbine decision more and more difficult.
Looks good and I will probably be buying one. As someone else asked, do you know the thread pitch at the muzzle?
Any chance that the production model won’t have the huge PSA logo behind the selector?
Looks pretty neat! I spy a hinged dust cover; will that possibly be on the production version?

@KentuckyMarksman - About two weeks on the 5.56 AK.
@sputnik556 - We will have 5.56, 7.62x39, and 9mm pistols in the near future. @Circle10 - A hinged dust cover will be on the final version. An update on our KS47. To make the KS47 more price competitive, we changed the upper and lower receiver from billet to forged. They will be available again in 60-90 days. We will have a new pistol version and other variants coming out in the near future. Thank you, Josiah |

@walkinginadangerzone
The 5.56 will have a forged Bolt carrier and Trunnion. The 9mm BCG(one unit) and front trunnion will be forged. Thank you, Josiah |

I think using a common magazine (MPX/Scorpion/MP5) would have been a better idea personally, but overall I am very interested.

This thread is going to cost me money...Especially considering the use of forged components.

Switch it to 1/2x28 and not the archaic thread pitch that is 1/2x36 View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes |

This is my major concern as well. Everything looks really nice on this until I saw the thread pitch. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes |

This is very interesting. I'd like one with the metal triangle folding stock.
