| My bolt is locking in the back position. This does this with dust cover on only. Any suggestions |
| Are you pilling the carrier back then letting it go forward gently? If so, this is normal. The bottom of the carrier can hang up when riding over the hammer. Pull the carrier back and let the spring force slam it closed. Don't be gentle. Slap it around, show it who's boss. |

It's a rifle that was invented for dumb conscripts. It is more than able to handle abuse. |
| Military AK rifles incorporate an "auto/safety sear", which, among other functions, holds the hammer down much lower in the receiver than the trigger's hook does, preventing the hammer from dragging on the bolt carrier. Sadly, our U.S. Spec. AK's cannot legally incorporate an auto/safety sear... |

This has me wondering. Why dont the guys making these new trigger correct the geometry of that hammer so it doesn't push on the bottom side of the boat like that? Seems like an easy fix if your making a whole new trigger group, no? Hell of an idea. Give it a try and see what you can figure out. |
