So the title might be misleading, but I really don't know how best to word this.

So I have a question for the people on this forum who clearly are more knowledgeable than myself when it comes to AK's.  Currently I have two stocks for my Arsenal SLR 101s....the Polymer Nato that came with it, and a Warsaw Bulgarian stock set that I really like.  That being said, I can say that I do not like either when it comes to shouldering the weapon, as I find that both tend to slip rather than stick when "snapping" the rifle into place.  I have thought about getting some kind of limbsaver setup, as the rubber would likely seat into the shoulder pocket better, but I am not too sure on what my options are in that arena.  Another option that I thought about was to take skateboard tape to the butt-plate, but my concern is that it would be too grabby and possibly cause more harm than good.

I know that I can order a stock from Ironwood with a recoil pad, but I am not too keen on the cost and time associated with that route.  Thus I am coming to the AK community for advice.  As far as LOP, I currently find the NATO to long for squared up shooting, and the Warsaw slightly too short for my frame.  Anyway, any feedback regarding this topic would be greatly appreciated.

This is what you want for the WARSAW length stock, it's a buttpad for taming the recoil of GP-25/ 30 grenade launchers:

I sprayed my KVAR stock buttplate with spray rubber to solve the slipping issues I had.  It works great.

Pull it in tighter toward your chest not in the crook of your shoulder.
