Does anybody know how to contact these guys? Are they still in business? Nobody ever answers the phones or emails and their voice mail always says full. I have an unfilled order from back at Christmas and it still says pending.

I have been at shot as have the most of the rest of the other employees. The remaining ones are there processing orders. Where they to work the phones they would simply be unable to do anything but give people "order status". While I was at shot I got a pic text of my work phone,mind you this was Thursday morning, I had 2,107 missed phone calls. At this point we all have a choice we could either answer your inquiries, or we could get you your guns. |

Understandable and I certainly don't want to gum up the works with extraneous phone calls and emails. You might want to change your website though: on the home page where it says it's taking 5 to 7 days to process orders, that might be giving customers an unreasonable expectation of when they'll receive their guns. Apparently my gun was processed a couple of weeks ago but has not been shipped (which makes me nervous because that model is now out of stock!). You might want to say that orders will be shipped within so many days or weeks after being proceessed, which would cut back on calls and emails. I've seen some vendors with delivery times set back as far as 6+ weeks! At any rate, I appreciate KVAR keeping its prices low and supplying guns asap before Obama bin Biden can ban them! |

This describes my problem as well: expectations of processing time exceeded, no updates on web page (orders show processing even after shipped), no email with tracking. THIS is what gets people calling and emailing you day after day. The only way we have any idea of what's going on is when the order shows up on our CC/Bank statement. |
| I asked a question on the 13th of Jan. on the vendor forum of another site. Just got an answer Friday. I was concerned that by the time they got to my order they would be sold out of the SGL 26. According to KVAR if you received a order confirmation you are good to go. Now just patiently waiting. |
