Can anyone tell me if this is a good 5.45x39 AK74? I already have a couple of AK47 and thinking about getting a AK74 due to lower ammo cost.

Without knowing the builder it's hard to tell. It's probably fine though.

Only things i see that people here would complain about, non chrome lined bore, no scope attachment, non military magazines (unsure of make).
