I have an Arsenal SLR-106CR with the polymer side folding stock that I want to change to a triangle side folding stock.  From what I can tell, I can swap those two stocks out interchangeably without any other modifications correct?  I  believe both use the 4.5mm pin.  Thanks.

Yes, you can swap with no issues.

The Bulgarian rifles are 4.5mm and it is just a straight out swap.
