Does anyone have an opinion about IO inc?  Do they make a quality/reliable product. I am new to the AK community and I'm looking for a well put together and reliable AK.  If IO is considered below the standard, which manufacturer and model do you recommend.
Thank you

Curt

iirc they were busted by the ATF years ago for illegally imported kits and rolled over on their customers.

Their good ones are okay but their bad ones are really bad.

Guns they import, OK but guns they build I'd avoid.  GARY  N4KVE

If the price tag doesn't scare you away, I would purchase an Arsenal.

The ATF went after them years ago saying the demilled (chopped up) PPSh-41 kits they had imported
were machine guns. IO fought them on this and won........
