Thanks Sinatra! I can't wait to get my hands on the Archer! You're welcome. I'd love to see pics of it when you do! Sinatra, did you notice the PKM? I figured Poland would be using the MAG58 or M240B. I did. I thought that to be a bit odd due to them going with NATO ammo. |

Sinatra Thanks for the pics. Pretty Cool Jut curious why I don't see any cleaning rods? I can understand that the ones with the front pistol grips may have the grip screw too long to allow free passage of the rod....but what about the ones without the front grip? Is it because the cleaning rod may interfere with the grenade launcher? |

Is it because the cleaning rod may interfere with the grenade launcher? Just a thought, but maybe they were eliminated in favor of a BoreSnake-type cleaning implement. Thanks for the pics! I really dig the PDW variants. I actually have a Beryl folder on my Bulgy 74. Now I might have to order handguards |

Those are only externally similar with PKM. But we still use PKM (and AKM/AKMS), mostly in rear (garrison) units in country. We are not 100% converted for NATO ammo. It takes time and we had lot of stuff. What was immediately canceled when joined NATO was wz. 88 Tantal and 5,45x39mm ammo - it was just going in use, so it was easy to dump it. |
