I wanted this to be my first AK. I learned about them on a thread here last week, did my research on them and called yesterday to place my order. The lady at classic arms told me they are sold out and "won't be doing them anymore because they're too
Much work". Just my luck.....

It makes me think they sold slower than they wanted them to or something.

Btw your not going to get alot of sympathy on this fourm. The guys around here like original plain jane black ak's. After seeing millions of nlack ak's its refreshing to mix it up and take the chrome out of the case |

There aren't many things more beautiful than a chromed out AK with red tinted furniture.

Mine has had the metal all polished and tehn nickeled...no chrome. The Classic Arms rifles are chromed and not polished prior to being chromed. I figured you knew of those and wanted one that's shiny. 
Unfortunately, even if I wanted to, I couldn't sell you mine because it's in an evil configuration that your state doesn't allow. |
| Lol you're right I DO live in a communist state. I found a couple gun shops online that offer chrominance/nickel plating but they want about $1,000 to do so. Anyone know who classic arms used to do this so cheap? I refuse to sleep or pay taxes until I have a shiny AK god damnit.. |

maybe I'll keep mine then.... It's got some tapco furniture on it. I bought it before I knew any better but in all fairness, it's not as bad as all I've read on it.
