Ok AK guys, ive had a WASR for a few years now, its bone stock and shoots great. Its time for a second rifle. Im fairly new to the AK world as far as brands and variants. Arsenal seems to be a popular brand and their rifles look great, as well as some milled AKs Ive seen on here. What would you guys do and why for a nice quality clean AK

I'm a big Arsenal fan, great rifles.  If you want milled, I'd look into an SLR-100 or SLR-100H.  They are ban era, so likely no bayonet lug and the muzzle nut is welded on... but they are GREAT milled AKs for about $900.

Nice looking rifles but that stock is hideous...easily converted to a more traditional?

Not sure what you're talking about, the SLR-100's had regular AK stocks.

The SLR-95's and 101's had thumbhole stocks.  But the SLR-100 is in standard military AK config.

I have an SGL31 and it's great.  The 21's get great reviews too.
