Recieved my Polish underfolder kit, but was missing the firing pin and retainer pin.
Called them up and they immediately sent them out. Thank you guys for supporting our habit. You have a loyal customer. Andy |
| APEX is awesome. I bought a FSB pin from them on ebay and then bought something else from their website. They combined the two orders and shipped the pin with the other thing for free, which is the right thing to do, but I think a lot of companies would still try to get the $3 shipping for the pin as well. |
| I had a miserable experience with them not too long ago, I ordered a trigger group a safety lever and a bolt carrier. The trigger group was missing pieces the safety lever was too heavily damaged to use. and the Bolt carrier was the wrong country (ordered a bulgarian and got a yugo). I called them and all they did'nt care at all. I asked for the missing pieces and they wouldn't send them the best they could do was for me to send all the parts back in at my expense with them reimbursing me later on. Needless to say it was alot of inconvenience and headache and they didnt give a shit. |
