I have a slight wobble in my underfolder stock and was wondering if I fix it would it just losen back up after a while from being used.

Yep, while I've never owned one personally, from what I've read they can be tightened up, but will loosen back up with more use.

they will loosen up after a while, but you can take the pin out and get the nut 1 or 2 holes tighter and re-install. just kinda a routine maintainence thing w/ a folder.
