Yes, mainly the differences are the furniture and flash hiders but (obviously) also the round they shoot
-difference between the arsenal sgl-20 and the 21 is that the 21 has a grenade launcher mount -The sgl-31 series are in 5.45 -The SA-M7 series have milled recievers -The slr-106 series are in 5.56 You can see all the different models on their website here http://www.arsenalinc.com/index.htm I have an sgl-20 and so far it is my favorite AK I have ever owned
