Ohio Ordinance Works has been building them from parts kits.
They come with a fixed and folding stock, accept foreign mags(comes with 4), and comes with a bayonet. http://www.ohioordnanceworks.com/semi-auto/VZ2000-semi-auto.html I know you said no century builds but for $490 at classic it might be worth a try.
