OK, I'm de banning a Norinco and I ordered an Ironwood stock set and am now trying to fit it to the gun. So, everything is fit except the upper hand guard. In the name of all that is good and holy how do you get the upper hand guard on there. I can't believe I don't know this. Thanks for the noob help and happy new year to all.

Yep, they will snap like a potato chip if you force it. You kind of get a feel for it after a few times. Dont force anything!!!
