I have recently acquired an new AK 74.   It is a Polish Tantal Interarms WZ88, on a DCI receiver.   The guy I got it from took the original furniture off.  I would like to put a K-Var triangle side folder on this gun.     I have 2 questions.   First is this a stamped or milled receiver?    Second the stock I found is on the JG sales website will that stock fit on my rifle?

most likely you have a stamped receiver, and yes that stock will work.

Stamped receiver. In fact, to my knowledge, all DCI-NDS receivers are stamped.

The triangle stock appears to be a Bugly side folder with mating rear trunion, which is a different rear trunion from the Tantal trunion.
I don't think it willl work.....at least not without some crazy gunsmithing. But feel free to prove me wrong, as I am often wrong.

I have a Tantal I took off the original folding stock from if you are interested.  I know it will fit, but it is one of the gray Century ones, not sure
what color your Tantal is.

IIRC someone sells a triangle folder with an adapter of some kind that bolts on standard stock blocks. That would mount on a Tantal without changing stock blocks. The down side is that the adapter extends past the receiver. This increases LOP and OAL.
