Did any country ever make a BHO magazine for 5.45?

Has any builder tried to make a drop in follower that would perform this function?

I'm seriously considering this as it's just good tactical sence to know that the last round is gone before you pull the trigger.

Woah, that is impressive. I would want to see details of how it works before buying, but those are really the only left hand charging handle mods or BHO mods I have ever seen that look like they are of a sound design.
