I have an SAR-1 and a Mosin-Nagant M44. Both function perfectly.
I can't decide if my next gun should be an AMD-65 or PSL. What's more fun to shoot? |

They're both fun to shoot, for different reasons. The AMD-65 is just a blast. Fold it, stuff it in a small bag and everybody at the range wonders what you're going to pull out of it. When you do shoot, even in broad daylight, flame shoots out both sides of the brake and you see it from behind the gun.
Some PSLs have been disappointing in accuracy, and you won't know until you try it out. Ammo is not too high but extra mags are. The gun doesn't work well with ammo heavier than 150 gr. Czech silver-tip is perfect but is corrosive. I might go for the PSL since you already have an AK. I can tell you one thing - sooner or later you will own an AMD-65. |

Yeah, there was a photo posted of a nice AMD 65 in the Hungarian forum that really makes me want one. But i have to find one with wood grips. I've heard the fireballs are great. :) And honestly, I don't think a PSL would fit in my car. You must have a very small car. While it is longer than an AMD, the PSL is not a huge rifle. |
