I found a brand new SAR 2 today. The way things are going I was wondering if I should buy it just for a commodity?

It depends on the price.

I would not pay $799 for a Romanian. I myself have an SAR-1, but I wouldn't pay $800 bucks for one.

Yeah but the way things are getting lately a SAR 2 may be hard to get before long?

I agree if you are just looking for the 5.45 then a bulgy would be a much better investment, far superior weapon

I have a SAR-2 and would not pay $800 for one. To me they are $650 rifles in today's market.
Glad I bought mine when they were $289

I know for a fact the SAR-1 was a good run, like your first girlfriend, but ugly but she did everything and performed.

Regardless of where things are going in the future, I believe that is an inflated price at the present. Unless someone added the proper FSB+ muzzle break, which have quite a bit of value on their own.
