| I have already posted that I got a kit recently from these guys. The rifle is all black, all the metal. Is that protective coating from rust and corrosion? Or should I still put gun kote on ALL the metal parts? |
Wipe off the excess, if you want. I just keep the metal on my guns lubricated with a very light coat of gun oil. Now, if you don't like the finish on the metal, by all means, you can have it redone with Gun-Kote or any other premium weapon refinishing treatment. |
