Lift the tail of the spring over the spring retention notch cut on the Trigger pin. Use center punch to drift pin out to the left. Now take a screwdriver to push down on spring and move it out of the Hammer pin spring retention notch. Again use a driftpunch to remove parts. Replace all parts in this order. First add a small piece of paper towel or even heavy grease around the disconnector spring to keep it in. Lift tail of spring first over the trigger pin and start it in. Drop trigger and disconnector in reciever then drift a center punch from the right toward the left through the holes on the trigger and disconnector to keep it together. Start the Trigger pin through (make sure tail of retention spring is over the pin), then as you align and go through the trigger and disconnector allow the center punch to be drifted out. Once it aligns with the other side of the reciever, take a center punch and give it a final tap from the left to set. Again take the tail of the retention spring, place it over the pin, and set in the trigger pin notch. Now it's time for the hammer, first, coils should go clockwise, and the two "arms" should be facing down. Lift two arms over rear sections of trigger on each side. Press down firmly then align reciever holes by using a drift punch from the right. Now start the actual hammer pin from the left but make sure the retention spring is under the trigger pin. Again set with a light tap and move retention spring into retainer notch. Done. RR |
