I'm looking to get an AMD-65 to complete my AK collection for now. I can't find one here in Vegas. Anyone know of a good place online to buy one for a decent price?

Yes it is! Only problem, I am going out of town friday to my daughters v-ball tournament. I had every intention on going but family first.

Bill hicks, a distributor out of MN, has them on sale this month **if i remember correctly** for under $400.

Look at Atlantic firearms. The ones they are selling are better looking and more authentic than the Century builds. The original AMDs did not have wooden grips. They were only put on arsenal rebuilds or repaired rifles. $489.00 on the website. They are very easy to work with.

Yes...but find a dealer that only charges a transfer fee and it's a lot less than one who marks them up.  

I think hicks had them for 389.99, but I think that the century AMD is a steal for under $400 any day.  One of my favorite Ak's and very fun to shoot.
