I have a 308Win chambered Yugo M90.  It's a factory built rifle with an optic rail on the left side of the receiver.  I want to put a scope on it, so I figured that a Yugo scope would be most authentic.  I found these at P-A-Distributing:
www.p-a-distributing.com/optics.html
I'd probably like to get the ON-6x32 scope.  I spoke to a guy there that was very helpful and seems to be really in the know.  The price of the scope is about $500.  That's a lot of money, but I don't mind spending it if I'm sure that I'm getting a fair deal on a quality product.  So, here are my questions:
1) How does this price compare to similar Russian optics?
2) How does the Yugo quality compare to other optics, especially other Russian military optics?
3) I'm really ignorant regarding optics, especially AK optics.  What else do I need to ask or know?

Yugo glass I have seen on the 8mm AK model guns that came in the other year were pretty clear and lacking the yellow tint that comes std with the basic 4x24 commie. The Yugo side rail is NOT the same fit as the common AK rail.

Bret,
I bought an ON-M76B (4x) scope from PA about 1 1/2 years ago, with a mount. No problems to report, it's a very good optic. Though I have not personally seen the 6x version, I assume it's made to the same standards as the 4x version.

When you order, be sure to ask for a scope cammed for the 7.62x51 round.
