I just got one of these in trade. It appears exactly as the one in the link, but its not illuminated, and does not have the battery case that the one in the link has. The reticle looks the same as the one in the link. It came with the book, but i cant read commie. It says it was made in 99. What do i have and what is it worth?

Guessing non-lit is 250ish now, but very few are around. I really enjoy mine, clear glass, righteous 60ft at 100yds fov, even though it weighs about 2lbs. Reticle is made for 5.45. Mine sits on a VEPR with bipod.

Thanks for the info, it looks like it never even got issued. Brand new.   Will it hold zero after i take it off and put back on the side mount.

Zero is kept. Just note the rubber eye piece is where you Need to be, which is close, and makes this a good 74 scope but not a great 47 scope

After unscrewing caps, flip over to use as knobs (you'll see the marks line up) and assume clockwise is down/left, 1cm/click. If not, turn more and you'll see where it went soon enough.
