Is it the one that has a few bolts to cinch the bracket on the rail instead of a throw lever?

Throw lever, got it in mail, nice, well made, but rides a bit high for my tastes. Over all well worth $20.

I thought the CDNN throw lever side mount is $39.99 Russia made?
