| What is ya'll suggestions for a side mount for a vepr? I'm looking to put a 4x leupold on top for kicks and giggles but I don't know whats the better quality stuff in the market. Thanks. |

robarm.com sells one for the VEPR which is very nice, and IOR also makes a darned nice bracket, but both are close to $100. They are also more likely to be fully centered. For about $40, the MTK75 with integral 1" rings works but allows minimal placement changes (fine for my Loopy 1-5x20 though), and the Belarussian Lo Mount with weaver top rail are both decent but a bit left or right of true center. Not critical for a 3moa/200yd gun however. Gotta consider the POSP 4x24 milspec for $90. Not quite as clear but tonka tuff all in one bargain. |
