Curious…chance to obtain this optic at a very reasonable $$$ and other than the dual reticle I'm thinking it might be a great addition to my MAK-90.
Currently running a Bushnell TRS-25...Any opinions? |

Eotechs are great, but as Liquidmetal mentioned, they sit pretty high.
You didn't mention how you have your red dot mounted, but if it's on a gas tube, you might not like the Eotech that far forward, so you'd have to add the cost of a side rail or railed dust cover into your calculations on the Eotech acquisition. |

If I was going to use an Eotech on an AK, I would be using a side mount. Flip of the lever and the Eotech is gone and I have my irons available to me. I wouldn't want to use an Ultimak (although I really like them) because I wouldn't want to put the weight of the Eotech that far forward on the rifle. Just my preference... |
