I have two. Or is it three?  All on ARs. They are my favorite style sling. When you whip the gun back and across your back hardly even know it's there thanks to the wide strap. I got mine years ago from someone in the US though they were the brand listed above.
Never tried one on my AK because I keep it more retro-ish. But they should work great on one |

I have about 6 of these on my guns. On my SERIOUS ARs I removed the plastic attachments with the clip hooks and para corded them directly to the gun.
Some versions of the IDF sling have metal hardware, but those don't have the quick release extension. I like the extension option. |
