So i'm about to get an H1 with the US palm optic specific handguard.

My question is which mount do I need for the aimpoint? Not the rail system but the mount that attaches to the aimpoint. I'm trying to think of the best way to put this. The aimpoint has to have a mount on it correct? to mount it to the us palm handguard?

Or does the aimpoint itself screw onto the US palm topcover??

IDK for sure but believe it bolts straight to the upper handguard. Ask these guys: Midwest Industries Industry Forum

H1 mounts directly to the upper handguard.

For the optic specific mount you just remove the base of the H-1 and mount it directly to the handguard.
