Sorry for the delay, haven't checked this thread lately, it's a Strike Industries grip, my new favorite, long enough for my XL hands, but thin enough and has deep scallops for thumb and trigger-finger for people with smaller hands. Internal storage too. Picked them up on eBay for 20 bucks shipped, have one on the WASR and the M92.

A mount I'm familiar with! I use three different options right now. TWS on the 7.62x39 VEPR, RS Regulate on the .308 VEPR, and Sabrewerks' KOP on the kit build shown in the imgur album. Of the three, I have to say I'm loving the shit out of the Sabrewerks the most, though it does take some work to actually install and doesn't install neatly on everything (example: my .308 VEPR is a V2 and has an abnormal RSB, so it would require a shim or a new barrel with the right profile to correctly use the KOP). Even so, I'm relatively certain I'm going to borrow some ideas to mount the TWS on my .308 VEPR and go with KOP mounts across the board on the other rifles. Still haven't decided what to do with the 7.62x39 VEPR yet; I'm trying to get the lowest mounted magnified scope option I can (uses a PA 1-6x ACSS scope) so the RS mount might end up staying in the lineup after all. I'm still trying to convince Fred at Sabrewerks to do a two-ring version of his 30mm mount so we can use these lower magnification scopes and still have a little bit of cowitness to keep the cheek weld reasonable as these don't have issues clearing the RSB.

I'm up for a new phone in a couple weeks. Hopefully it has a good enough camera to, you know, use. I'd like to get some crisper, higher res shots. Current ones keep coming out like ass, as the link above shows.

It's a Damage Industries forend. It was an ok rail, but the SLR solutions blow it out of the water.

Grabbed a Vortex crossfire II 1-4 scope for $99 bucks so I put it on my AK.  I like it so far.

Also grabbed a Vortex Crossfire II 1-4x when they were on sale for $99. Agreed, very pleased with it so far. Really generous eye-box and seems well-built. Running on Saiga Sporter 5.45. Unconverted due to being in silly CA.

RS Regulate AK-307M with AKR upper; SWFA SS 1-4X24 in low rings.

Does anyone know of any low optics mounts besides RS Regulate AK-310M and AK-311M that would be flush with the iron sights on a Romanian AKM that has it's side mount riveted 1/4" higher to the receiver than most traditional AK mounts? I would like to use RS Regulate mounts but they are expensive, especially for an AK platform and might as well end up buying a proprietary military style optic like the Kobra or PK-01. Some pictures below from a reviewer on an M+M M10 (practically a WASR) and RH10 that has a higher mount. Any suggestions would be useful. Thanks.
