| So, I ordered a gen-3 Kobra a few days ago from FreedomOptics.com, and my credit card's already been billed. But I can't find any contact information for the company (email or phone), and the status of my order hasn't indicated it's been shipped. What should I do? |

They've got to have the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. I never could get a hold of them after I ordered my mount. They never did answer my emails. I couldnt tell if it was taking my order or not because every confirmation number the site gave me came up as non-existant when I went to check the status. I ended up ordering 3 mounts by mistake. There's no way to check the status and no way to contact them that works but they do send you whatever you order. Btw, if anyone here is looking for a bp-02 I have a couple extras . Send me a pm and you can get them before I post them on EE. |

Not sure of the order dates and ship distance, but if at least a week has passed since the billing and nothing was said about back order, call the CC to undo the charge and start over. Yuri at FO is usually better than that, and Doug at Tantal has been the Gold Standard for over a decade even if he is not always dirt cheapest. |

It's been 7 days since I placed my order, and my order hasn't arrived yet. My bank statement has a New York residential number listed (which I'm certain is the vendor's home number), and I'm considering calling that number if I don't receive my order in the next few days. Skipsan, what shipping service was used for your order? |
It's been almost a year and I don't have the shipping paperwork, but I believe it was USPS Priority. Wouldn't bet too much on that, however. I don't rememer getting any tracking number. |
