I just bought an AK74.  The price of ammo is too good to ignore.  Now I need to find a supply of good mags.  It seems they are getting more difficult to find lately.  I was hoping someone could point me to some good sources.  And any advice on what to avoid would be nice.  I dont use polymer on my other AK's but how are the bulgarian polymer mags for the 5.45?

Thanks for any advice.

Go to the Ohio Rapid Fire website and look up their mag deal.

They don't have the mag deal listed on the website anymore.  It hasn't been on there in a few weeks.

Last time I ordered ammo from ORF, she said they didn't have any 5.45 mags at all.

To answer the question about how Bulgarian magazines are, they are great.  Available in all kinds of colors.

Go to Gunbroker.com  or auctionarms.com and do a search for Bulgarian or AK-74 magazine.  There are several on now as well as East German bakelite ones.

Enjoy some good easy shooting with that 5.45mm

Thanks for the replies.  I have ordered several Bulagarian mags from Aimsurplus and some others from J&G sales.  I will check Copes.  Thanks for the heads up on ammo prices.  I have ordered sevaral cases so far.  I am starting to see 7.62 go for 200 per case, 308 is gone and 556 isnt much cheaper I thought it was time to diversify a little further.

ORF and Rguns have better deals on 545x39, at least they did as of 7/22.
