| I am curious why the Chinese Mags are generally cheaper in price from all others. Is it because of poor quality or that they are so more numerous than others..... |
probably numbers. the quality is as good as any other mag from what ive seen. they're about 12-14 dolalrs unstamped, so thats a little higher then common mags. unstamped go for a little higher, so i guess its supply and demand. right now, supply is higher then demand. |

The usual military-issue Chi-Com magazine works great and was, in the past, usually cheaper than most. The steel used is not cheap! The springs always seem alittle "less strong" than the usual Euro mags (very subjective) but I've never found them to be weak or wear-out. I remember going to a gunshow in the late Eighties where a dealer had what appears to be hundreds of them stacked like cord wood for sale at $4.00 a pop. Drove old General Keng to distraction down the hall while he tried to sell his Poly-Tech magazines for $8.00 per! Sat there chainsmoking and cursing in mandarian while his wife read a Chinese newspaper. Good luck. |
